What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday (6 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
Saturday (8 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
We also offer extended day services.
Do you ever close early?
In the case of natural disasters, parents will be notified of the early closing time so they are able to pick up their child and get home safety.
Do you close on holidays?

Are you flexible with drop off/pick up times?
Yes, we understand parents have a variety of hours that they work. We provide a wide range of options in order to serve our parents. Please contact us if you have a specific request.
Is there a late fee?
Yes, to compensate our staff and ensure we run a consistent schedule, we do charge a late fee.

Can I hold my place when we go on vacation or there is an emergency?

We handle emergency situations individually. Please contact us in the event of an emergency.
What safety training and screening are in place at your daycare?
Our employees have gone through first aid and CPR training.
We also perform background checks on each of our employees.
We practice fire drills once a month.
Do my children need to be immunized to attend?
Yes, your child will need to have up-to-date immunizations.
What is your release policy? Who can pick my child up?
Parents can add people to their child’s sign out list. In case of emergency and the person is not on the list, the front desk will need to be contacted to make arrangements.
What security does your center have?
Parks’ Place has three levels of security. 1) The doors are kept locked 2) There are cameras in all classrooms and playground 3) There is a fingerprint recognition center at the pickup counter.
Do you have a medical professional or nurse on staff?
No, however, we can assist the child to provide minor support and first aid. Please contact us to learn more or to schedule a tour.

How do you accommodate allergies?
Children with allergies are offered appropriate replacements at mealtimes. If you choose to provide their food, a supporting medical document for any food allergies must be provided.
Can my child come if they are sick? Can I send medication?
COVID-19: Our daycare stays up to date with the latest recommendations and restrictions to comply with city and state mandates. Please contact us for the latest information regarding our current policy in regards to COVID-19 screening of our children, parents and staff.
Below are our standard policies:
- Children can attend school unless they have a fever, diarrhea, or are vomiting. Children may not attend if they have lice or other communicable infections.
- Parents may send medication for their children.
Do you clean and sanitize the room and toys?
Teachers clean their rooms after every meal, as well as sanitize each morning, during nap time, and in the evening before closing. We also have a cleaning company that comes in twice a week as well as Enviromasters which sanitize our building each weekend.

Teachers send out a Kids Report daily. Parents also receive weekly newsletters and monthly newsletters with a calendar of events and a menu.

Yes, teachers work with children who are ready to potty train and there is a potty training room in the classroom.
